The refined Flack parameter of 0.36 (3) indicates racemic twinning. In the structure, mol-ecules are linked into zigzag chains by a series of inter-molecular N-H⋯O and O-H⋯O hydrogen bonds.

The dihedral angles between rings are isoxazole/benzene = 55.0 (3)°, isoxazole/pyridine = 33.8 (2)° and benzene/pyridine = 58.1 (2)°.
